Ate a meatball sub with cheese on Sat night. Within an hour, I was projectile vomiting and it continued for 8 hours. Diarrhea at the end. 101 fever and weak for an additional 18 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness

I was so hungry because I hadn't eaten anything in about four hours so I went to subway. I ate my sub and about a half hour later my stomach started to rumble and I immediately felt nauseous and got really hot and felt I'll the rest of the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

The sub was delivered at noon Saturday, November 5th at noon, refrigerated sub and then ate it around 2pm, stomach pains started at 5pm and as the evening went on, I got all the symptoms of food poisoning. As of now, I haven't gone to the doctor… See more

I ate a Chicken Terryaki Sub around 6 PM. I didn't have anymore to eat and around noon the next day I had aweful stomach pains and threw up twice. Also had a lot of bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Thursday Oct 20th 2016 about noon, I ordered a foot long meatball sub with pepperoni, black olives and provolone cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread, about 3 hours later it hit.. for 6 hours I had diarrhea and vomiting along with a fever.
