I ate a couple hours ago. I had a steak bowl with black beans, white rice, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. My stomach started hurting about 45 minutes later. I had intense stomach pain and then had diarrhea and then threw up 3 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Starting with diarrhea appr. 2 hrs after earing barbacoa burrito. A couple hrs later, starting vomitting. Continued to vomit heavily through the night. Felt fine before that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
