I ate at on 7/24/19 I got a bowl of pork, black beans, pico, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Within an hour I was running to the bathroom. Symptoms are diarrhea, abdominal pain/cramping, chills and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Cramps, Chills

I had lunch on 7/21/19 (2 soft shell tacos with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, guac, corn relish, and lettuce) and began vomiting around 1 am. I vomited twice (1 am and maybe 1:45 am).
