My girlfriend and I decided to stop in for lunch. Not too much else is important, but started feeling ill less than 24 hours later. Today Saturday, March 25 I am still not feeling better. I went to the emergency room on the morning of Friday, March 24, 2017. That’s the only thing I ate around then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I've had chipotle before, but recently when I get their bowls (with brown rice, chicken, sour cream, cheese, guac, hot salsa) I have been getting sick shortly after I eat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Received bottom of the steak and sour cream containers. At at 3:00 p.m., violent vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, fever and aches. Vomiting was 2 times per hour for 8 hours. TERRIBLE  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a burrito bowl at 525 market. Chicken, fajitas, mild salsa, hot salsa, corn salsa, sourcream, cheese, lettuce. On Monday 3/19. Got vomitting, diarrhea, fever following day. Was hospitalized the day after that, required 4 one liter bags of iv and a round of antibiotics.
