This McD isn't the worst, but they mess up a lot of orders. I was served a Big Mac Aug 2nd around 12:30. It was lukewarm. Soon had bad indigestion, nausea, and diarrhea. Might have to take time off of work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

So I was at McDonald's yesterday and received stale fries, wrong size drinks and the worst part undercooked meat. I frequent McDonald's as I am on the road a lot. This experience is unfortunate as I reached out to the manager, corporate, and took the survey with no response.

We were on I-40 east of Knoxville, TN, and stopped at McDonald's for a snack. I got a cheeseburger and vanilla shake, and my husband got a big Mac. That night I started feeling nauseated with chills. I ate the filet o fish with a large order of fries and a coke two days ago and a few hours later I felt nauseous. Stayed in the bathroom for a few hours and started to get diarrhea too. Had my brother drive me to the hospital and stayed there for 5 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
