Had the restaurant week menu. Field greens with Parmesan vinaigrette, the sliced filet with mushrooms and the chocolate flourless cake. Started feeling nauseous as soon as we left and started vomiting about 1.5 hours after we got home  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate there on December 29. Had a wedge salad and a lobster tail. Finished around 7pm and had chills, fever, diarrhea and vomiting by 10:30pm. Threw up until approximately 5am and have spent the entire day today in bed. Shared a roasted beet salad with goat cheese with my husband on Tuesday. Wednesday in the middle of the night woke up with severe vomiting.
