Chicken salad from Chipotle. I was the only one who ate there. I got sick a couple hours after eating. I started having heart burn and nausea. The vomiting probably started 5 hours after eating. Ate a large burrito bowl at about 7pm with lettuce, double steak, tomatoes, cheese, and rice. By 10:30pm I was violently throwing up, had diarrhea, nausea, and a strong fever.
