I ate a bowl to go, veggys all salsa but the hot, chicken sour cream cheese, ate at noon started vomiting at about 6 till 11pm. Never again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

About 2 hours after I had steak tacos from Chipotle, I had strong diarrhea. It hasn’t stopped since then. I feel weak and have a fever, but no vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything else since breakfast, which was my usual bowl of cereal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Weakness

I ate at 2:00 PM on april 9th. I was throwing up at 7 PM and 11 PM. I ate a burrito with white rice, chicken, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. I still have a stomach ache and have not eatin since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
