Chipotle bowl with brown rice, half steak, half chicken, pico de gallo , lettuce, cheese, tortilla, chips, minute made lemonade. I ate there around noon today (Saturday 9/22/18) and got sick within about two hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Yesterday afternoon I had Chipotle in Yuba City. I had the chicken tacos. Early this morning, I work up with severe nausea. I then ended up having 4-5 bouts of vomiting and diarrhea as well as stomach cramps.
