I had a burrito bowl for lunch (white rice, steak, grilled veggies, mild salsa/tomatoes, guacamole) and got nauseous around 6 and started vomiting in the evening. Today I have some cramping but no more nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

I had a sofritas burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese and lettuce for dinner. The next morning I woke up feeling extremely nauseous and vomited for the next few hours. Ate crunchy tacos with chicken, beef and veggies. Lettuce, corn salad, sour cream, guacamole around 1130am
11 hrs later I became nauseaus. Vomiting and diarrhea from 10pm-4am. Awful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
