Contaminated condiments. I ordered fried onion rings which were served with packets of Heinz ketchup. The exterior of the packet was sticky. Not sure. She's the only one who ate sausage and ham Just my friend. We ordered to go at 1:55 am, brought it to our hotel room and ate. She woke up at 8:00 am feeling awful and the had diarrhea the rest of the day followed by nausea and stomach pain. It happened 8:00 am on 5/23/2021,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
