I had gotten a 12 inch footlong sub with grilled white chicken, lettuce, and white cheese for regular bread toasted and about 8 hours after that I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and severe dhiarre.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I walk in and hear a song with lyrics saying I want to do it all night long. Paper sign on the division glass saying "sorry no coupons". Half the display of food is missing. They said no soup "out of season". New steak sandwich got my wife sick. Vomiting now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I found a bone in my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub, took it out and proceeded to eat it and tasted like bleach or some kind of degreaser chemical, hours later started having pains in stomach and it gradually got worse until later at night I was throwing up the sub with a chemical burn each time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
