I was so sick, after eating a sub from your restaurant. I had to go back to work and needed to use the bathroom about 4 times. I ordered a bmt with lettuce,toms, and oil and vinegar. I’ve never had so much so much diarrhea in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Buffalo Chicken Wrap with lettuce, onions and black olives. It hit me about 3 hours after I had eaten it. I honestly thought I was going to die. It hit me all at once vomiting, diarrhea, fever.
