Ingested a cold cut combo from the subway restaurant in international terminal at 1130am on Friday November 9 2018. Started to feel poorly on the flight 8-10 hours later and started vomiting fevershakes 12 hours after ingestion.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Spicy Italian sub - honey wheat swiss pepperoni salami bacon - lettuce tomato purple onion and avocado. Salt and pepper. 8 hours later woke up to stomachaches and heavy heart burn. I have eaten many times here before with no problem. At 900 A.M. yesterday I got a seafood sub- lettuce tomato extra onion mayo hots obay. Nothing else. By 12 I was getting nauseous.
