I ate a steakburrito with mild tomato and cornsalsasour creamblack beans and cheese for dinner around 600 on October 22. The cooks and servers seemed scattered when preparing the food and many items were running low. I started feeling not right around 900-1000. I began getting violently ill around 1100 p.m. and was sick for the next 6 hours. I have never experienced that degree of diarrhea and vomiting. The stomach cramping was unbearable and the vomiting was almost non-stop. I was not able to keep any type of liquid down. I have never felt so miserable in my life. I definitely experienced simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea indicative of food-bourne illness.
