Grabbed a couple of cheeseburgers and fries tonight, Monday August 27th, for dinner for my friend and myself. Had mayo, ketchup, onion, lettuce, and pickles on the burgers. 8 月 1 日，我吃了来自塔可贝尔哈维洛克 NC 的鸡肉紧缩包装。8 月 4 日我开始感觉不好。发烧、头痛和胃痉挛。8 月 5 日我开始呕吐并持续腹泻。我变得非常虚弱，而且陷入困境。我感觉我快死了。8 月 8 日我的妻子让我去了 Carteret 综合医院。他们拿了样品/测试然后把它们发出来。把我放在 3 种不同的药物中。之后我死亡病了一周或更长时间。我还在服药，还有一个待完成。它差点杀了我。我不能工作。我不能吃东西或做任何事情。几天我收到克雷文县卫生部门的一封信，说我需要给社区疾病护士打电话。吓死我和我的家人。但是我们为最坏的情况做了准备我联系了他们，他们透露我有沙门氏菌中毒。我一生中从来没有这么生病过。
