昨天我得到了一个卷饼和玉米饼午餐我得到了一个牛排卷饼和一个猪肉玉米饼.浇头; 生菜，奶酪，玉米，鳄梨酱，米饭，黑豆，棕豆，中香料辣酱，芝麻酱和酸奶油。我吃了下午 2 点左右的卷饼，下班回家在晚上 7 点 30 分。当我回到家后，我开始恶心，腹泻，高烧和出汗，我也很疲惫。超过 24 小时后，我仍然有同样的感觉，这是真的很糟糕，我已经睡了一整天，没有食欲，今天不能去上班。我得到食物的日期是星期一，即 7 月 15 日下午 2 点。

Ordered a salad bowl with black beans , mild salsa, half chicken half pork. Hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous and fell down, threw up and gashed the back of my head open. The symptoms persisted for hours and the vomiting and diarrhea continued.
Worst experience ever!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 煤气, 头晕
