附加信息：我呕吐了 2-3 次然后把我的 chipotle 吐出来了。呕吐后感觉恶心和症状有所缓解，但是 4 个多小时后我的胃还是有点不舒服。我昨天下午 5:30/5:45 左右订购了牛排和糙米卷饼碗作为晚餐。我有玉米、酸奶油、番茄沙拉和薯条。胃痛、抽筋、腹胀、腹泻、恶心和最终呕吐。病得很厉害，想去医院但病得太重了没法去/开始呕吐。
