Purchased and consumed a 1/4 with cheese at 330pm on 12-26-18. Within 5 hours began to experience severe vomiting and Diarrhea. Did not consume any other food after the burger so it narrowed down the source. After having these symptoms for nearly 9 hours the nausea and vomiting stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate around 5:30pm. I had a burrito bowel with brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese (my usual). At midnight I vomited and the whole next day I was nauseous, had constant diarrhea and stomach cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Stopped in Monday evening Jan 15 for a burrito bowl. Drive home and immediately ate.

Woke at 2 am with N/V and some diarrhea. About 12
Hours later started to feel better.
