Chalupa from there I ate 2 chicken chalupa supremes for lunch today, April 27th around 2 pm ET. I became sick around 7 pm with bad stomach pains. Then it led to severe nausea, gas, belching, and diarrhea in the later part of the evening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛, 煤气, Burping

I ate a huge portion of Arugula salad with Burratta cheese. Its was enough salad for 4 people. Ilove Arugula and eat it often. Last night came home from there and around midnight started to experience severe stomach cramps, pain and nausea. It's been 14 hours and I'm still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 胃痛

我的父母出去吃晚饭，给我订购了一份 To-Go 的乡村炸牛排，然后在一小时之内就把它送给我上班了。虽然有点冷，但我把它和肉汁一起加热了，然后在下午 6 点 30 分左右吃掉了。第二天早上 8 点半，我醒来上班然后起床，立刻感到恶心，然后在浴室里呕吐了大约 10 分钟。病情消退了，我去工作只是为了在上午 10 点半左右腹泻。这是在我意识到这可能是食物中毒或某种虫子之前，但是我接着加热了剩下的乡村炸牛排和肉汁，然后大约 8 小时后我又出现了胃痛、恶心和腹泻的症状。我并没有完全归咎于这种情况，因为我确信这可能是其他因素造成的，但我只是想报告一下以防万一。
