有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米饭、鸡肉、法吉塔蔬菜、奶酪、生菜、微微、绿色莎莎酱、热莎莎酱、鳄梨调味酱和薯条。在 2 小时内，我经历了痛苦的抽筋和过多的气体。吃饭后 3 个小时内我就呕吐了腹泻。我的男朋友在我身边，感觉很好，但是没有糙米或 fajita 蔬菜。

Bought some Kirkland Chicken breast, spinach, eggs, whole milk and flank steak from Costco. Prepared in two separate meals, and after eating the flank steak for second meal, I vomited 30 minutes later. This isn’t the first time that I have felt queasy after preparing food brought from Costco.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the Louisiana chicken pasta at 8pm. Delivered my Postmates. Felt I’ll at 2am. Threw up at 230 am. Still feel nauseous and like I will throw up again.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
