Chicken leg quarters, I bought a 10lb bag chicken leg quarters. Cooked them at home. Cooked very well. Nearly overdone. Became very ill. I am currently ill. I stopped by dairy queen on 4-3-19 to by a steak finger combo with fries sliced bread and country gravy. I never finished the meal because soon after i felt sick nauseated and sokn discovered i has diarrhea and the symptoms on the got worse from there letting me know it was food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Chic Fil a, In the morning, I had a breakfast burrito which is a tortilla wrap, cheese, hash browns, eggs and chicken pieces with salsa at 9:30am. In the evening I had a Cobb salad without bacon and extra cheese at about 5:45p. I was Very ill by 11:30p  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

是的，我在晚上 11 点 30 分去吃午饭。3 月 23 日吃了我的午餐烤毛绒卷饼牛肉炸玉米饼。2 小时后回去工作，感觉胃部恶心感到臃肿。我在回家的路上不得不离开工作岗位，停在三家不同的便利店里，有弹丸呕吐。我已经在房间里呆了 26 个小时，但我的浴室仍然感觉像 s*** 尽管现在好起来仍然无法进食或保持任何液体下降
