我订购了一顿辣鸡肉三明治餐，配上 mac m 奶酪和柠檬水。当这个女孩带着饭来的时候，我的饮料完全被翻转在运营商里。我本来希望她能更换它们但她没有。我不确定柠檬水是否以某种方式被污染还是鸡/mac 是不好的。但是，当时半夜醒来，因为呕吐和腹泻。很糟糕。 少看

Husband went, We got 3 crab cakes . I ate 1 of my crab cake around 6:30 pm and at 1:00 Am. I had this terrible pain in my stomach and I felt nausea and had a fever. I went straight to the bathroom. I had diarrhea and was sweat, 2 people got sick, the symptons stared abut 6 hours later  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 出汗

Ate on January 3rd, 730pm,Sausage and Chicken Chorizo. Got sick the following morning about 530am. Vomited throughout the day on the 4rth and all day Saturday until about 7pm. Very sick!  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
