午餐时我吃了一份辛辣的鸡肉凯撒沙拉。那天晚上晚些时候，当我有冲动去洗手间时，我的胃开始隆隆起来。我开始腹泻然后我开始呕吐。整个晚上到凌晨我的症状恶化了。情况太糟糕了我差点在厕所里昏倒了。我必须恢复一些力量回到床上然后打开空调。我流汗太厉害了，我开始惊慌失措。我真的以为我快要昏迷了。空调的凉爽开始让我冷静下来。目前我还在床上害怕移动，因为我不知道走路是否会头晕目眩。我再也不会吃温迪的沙拉了！

12 月 29 日在那里吃了。有楔形沙拉和龙虾尾。晚上 7 点左右结束，晚上 10 点 30 分之前出现了寒战、发烧、腹泻和呕吐。一直持续到凌晨 5 点左右，今天整天都在床上度过。谢天谢地，不能吃东西而且还很恶心但没有再呕吐过。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战
