午休时间，我从马里兰州银泉樱桃山路的 Chipotle 订购了一个牛排卷饼碗。我点了糙米、黑豆、牛排、玉米、番茄、奶酪、酸奶油、生菜和 guac。吃完之后我感到非常臃肿和饱满。整天我感到越来越恶心。到晚上 7 点我开始呕吐并且有腹泻。这一切持续了一整夜，直到第二天早上。

上周五晚上 3 月 30 日星期六清晨，我在内陆地区吃了东西，我感到恶心，胃痛严重，气味可怕。早上中旬我正在呕吐并且有腹泻。截至今天，星期二，我几乎不能立即去洗手间就无法将任何东西（固体或液体）放在肚子上。昨天医生的访问显示，如果处方药不起作用，我正在脱水，需要静脉注射液。

Ate steak bowl with brown rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa at around 230 Pm. Around 5 started feeling very nauseous and on the verge of throwing up. Damn you chipotle.  | 症状: 恶心

I’m vomit all night. I should have follow my gut feeling because the restaurant had string beans spreader all over a table as if someone was plucking them . I didn’t eat all and brought some home that I immediately put in the trash.  | 症状: 呕吐
