1 吃了一个 sofritas 碗，里面装有糙米、黑豆、蔬菜、温和中度莎莎酱、玉米、奶酪和生菜。我在晚上 7 点半左右吃完了大约 2/3 的碗，晚上 8 点 50 分左右感觉到胃痛。我最后在晚上 9 点 15 分呕吐，目前晚上 9 点 30 分还会感到恶心。希望今晚情况不会变得更糟。

A friend and I ate at Ikea college park on Tuesday. I didn't make it home had to stop by the side of the interstate and then get off to use an ihop restroom. My friend was sicknan hour later and we both were queasy the full next day. My stomach is still sensitive  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

下午 1 点左右，我有一个 Barbacoa 墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、fajita 蔬菜、莎莎酱、玉米、酸奶油、奶酪丝和生菜。晚上 11 点左右开始有气体，然后在晚上 11 点左右开始痛苦。然后因恶心醒来，这立刻变成了呕吐。太害怕了，因为这从来没有发生在我身上。

下午 6 点去和我丈夫共进晚餐。晚上 11 点我有几个小时的严重水样腹泻，再加上恶心和发冷。我丈夫没生病。我们都有黑面包和冰山楔形沙拉。我有龙虾尾、排骨和土豆泥。可能是龙虾或排骨，它们在食用前可能没有足够冷却。我打电话给经理，但她的行为并不十分担心。没问我吃了什么。愿意发送礼券。很 la 脚...

It was at 7:00pm on Sunday evening, I ate roasted chicken, string beans, corn and yeast rolls. I went to bed at 11:30pm around 12:30am my stomach was bubbling, I went to the bathroom. I was so sick, I drank a ginger ale to clam it down. I believe the chicken made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻
