Ate #5 with peppers - within 10 - 20 minutes started feeling sick. Eventually vomiting and bouts of diarrhea. Happened twice before with mild bouts of diarrhea but never attributed it to the food. This time I knew immediately it was the food. . I think something is wrong with the peppers.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We ate roast beef sandwiches at 8pm. The next morning 2 of us that at roast beef started violently throwing up and had very bad diarreah. It lasted all day but seemed clear by the end of the night  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天中午左右有个墨西哥卷饼碗。白米，肉饼，玉米，酸奶油，奶酪，生菜。大约一个小时后，胃开始感到恶心。然后不久之后腹泻就开始了。整晚都有寒战、胃痛和腹泻，今天腹泻持续存在。同事在那里吃了然后得到了蒸汽卷饼但没生病。以前从来没有吃过 chipotle 食物的问题，我在那里吃了很多东西。昨天没吃早餐，所以这是我系统中整天的第一批食物。

这是我第二次因新鲜鲑鱼而出现胃肠道问题。我以前经常买它，但是几个月前因呕吐、发烧和腹泻而病得很重。巧合的是，我的一个朋友和她的丈夫在吃了我认为是同一批鲑鱼后也遇到了同样的问题。我上周又试过了一次，但由于胃部不适/腹泻最终有一天上班迟到了。不确定他们是否更换了分销商，但我不会再从他们那里购买鲑鱼。

昨天上班之前我得到了炸玉米饼。我吃了一个炸玉米饼和一口墨西哥披萨，一个小时后我的胃开始抽筋，一个小时后我开始在工作中呕吐。我必须提前 4 个小时让马槽进来然后回家。我回到家后 diaherra 开始了。我吃了辣椒。我去了急诊所，他们说是的，我患有食源性疾病，也就是食物中毒。他们给了我一个机会让我平静下来。
