Got a bowl with white rice, black beans, chorizo, steak, pico de gallo, corn, hot sauce, guacamole and cheese. Ate it with chips and a tortilla on the side at 9pm est. Woke up around 3 am with severe cramping and violent vomiting with intermittent diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at Azteca in Akron on 11/25 . I had beef and cheese nachos . 8 hours later I became violently ill , stomach craps , vomiting and back ache like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我女朋友坚持昨晚晚些时候（大约 10:30 左右）去塔可钟，我们俩都有平常的东西。墨西哥玉米饼、迷你墨西哥玉米饼、几个墨西哥卷饼和一个辛辣的 tostada。今天早上 2 点 30 分左右开始出现症状，我每两个小时醒来一次，每次呕吐大约 20 分钟。我有寒冷和发烧，我无法保持任何东西，连一点点水都无法保持。这太悲惨了，因为我现在已经非常脱水了。我的女朋友也有同样的恶心和呕吐，不确定发烧和发冷。不久前（上午 9 点 45 分左右）刚到这里。

I had an Italian BMT flatbread with provolone. Lettuce Tomato cucumbers pickles and banana peppers and mayo. I have been to this location twice in 2 weeks and each time has left me throwing up non stop all night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

当我们决定开车穿越时，下班的朋友正在开车送我回家。在另外两家餐厅经历了两次奇特的经历之后，我们停在了 Colerain Ave 的 Wendy's。我订购了 Dave 的 Double，他订购了 4 美元的 BLT 组合。第二天，我发了 102 度的可怕发烧（Yikes），几乎每小时都在呕吐 12 个小时以上。经过自我治疗和一些家庭疗法后，症状开始缓解，但是由于我病得很重，有一天我不得不取消工作，第二天在工作中我仍然感觉像是步行火车残骸。
我想说，症状总共持续了 36 个多小时，感觉就像是可怕的胃流感扩增版本。之后一天我整天都在呕吐，胃痛和不适持续衰弱。即使我把所有东西都扔进了肚子里，我的呕吐反射仍然持续了好几个小时，使我一遍又一遍地痛苦。尝试用一些洋甘菊茶和苏打水来抚慰我的胃，然后休息一下之后，感觉好些了。
现在，别误会我的意思：Wendy's 是我最喜欢的快餐店。我喜欢他们的三明治，因为与其他快餐店相比，它们的质量绝对优越得多。但这是我一生中最糟糕的餐厅体验，没有任何保留（也没有双关语）。我以前从来没有在温迪家或任何一家餐馆发生过这样的事情，我当然希望它永远不会再发生。可能不会让我完全失望 Wendy，但这肯定会持续很长一段时间，而且他们肯定已经在这次体验的背后获得了这个 1 星级的评级。哎呀 Wendy 的，把你的废话放在一起。

My husband and I both ate little burgers on Saturday, November 24 around noon. We both got ketchup, mustard, pickles and he got A1 sauce. We split a regular fry. My husband was up during the night with vomiting and diarrhea and body aches. I e been up with body aches and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

11yr old male, ordered five piece hand breaded chicken nuggets, he consumed only two before he said they taste bad and did not finish the rest ( strange for him). Food was not shared with anyone else in the family.
