I started getting symptoms on Tuesday August 7th. In the 72 hours prior I consumed 2 veggie tacos from Chipotle a detox juice cleanse from Rooted Juicery a green colada smoothie from Fresh Healthy Cafe at Kenwood mall and a hummus pita wrap from Aladdins Eatery.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Ate chicken at approximately 3:00 p.m. symptoms started around 5:30 and haven't stopped yet. Last time I ate there a couple months ago the same thing happened but I thought it was a fluke until today the same… 更多

here was a long line last night and some items were obviously rushed because the quality of the food is usually much better. Woke up this morning and have been vomiting ever since. Missing four days of work because of it.

1013 年星期六中午左右吃了。食物从冷到冷都不冷不热。从自助餐中吃饭-lo mein 饭和各种鸡肉菜肴-烧烤将军 tso teriyaki 和鸡肉和西兰花。在没有冰的情况下喝了塞拉利昂雾。离开后 30 分钟内有胃痛和强烈腹泻。Gassy 抽筋和腹泻今天仍在继续。

昨天我在吃了 #5 不是番茄没有洋葱和樱桃辣椒的大约 4 1-2 小时后吃了吉米·约翰斯。我开始有非常糟糕的胃痉挛。我在工作，我开始发冷然后开始恶心。下班后我跑回家了，腹泻真的很糟糕。今天我醒来是因为我的胃疼得太厉害了，我想呕吐。
