我在这里吃了午餐，大约 4 个小时后我在晚餐时出现了剧烈的胃痛，然后是 4 轮水样腹泻。胃痛一直持续到整夜。另外 4 人吃了同样的晚餐，没有任何症状。另一个我吃午饭的人吃了不同的东西，没有问题。

On 8/26/17 I ordered the burrito bowl, with Steak, Guacamole, pico, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, black beans, brown rice. Friday August 18th I was going to listen to the Music in the park plaza 7pm ish.
I ordered one chicken taco and the ne pork taco and a side of black beans
No cheese or sour cream, pico & green sauce on chicken, on the pork I had pico guacamole red sauce both on corn shell, and the beans  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

这是在6月中旬左右。我吃了鸡肉卷饼和薯条。在我离开 PSU 附近的地点大约 30 分钟后，我因胃痛和急需找厕所而受到打击。自早餐以来，墨西哥卷饼是我整天唯一吃过的东西，在这次事件发生之前我感觉还不错。值得庆幸的是，第二天我又感觉不错，但我不会再回到任何 Chipotle 了。

有一天我吃了几个汉堡包和 Burgerville 酱一起吃午饭，到那天下午我不得不生病回家，因为我发现自己患有发烧和胃痛！这真是个活生生生的地狱！当我到家时，我像鬼一样白皙，对发烧感到神志不清！感觉就像刀刺伤了我的腹部一样！
几天后我康复了，但是在第一次忍受了很多痛苦和痛苦之后没有恢复过来。这只是因为，天哪该死的，我有一天想吃一些汉堡包作为午餐！
