I ate the chicken quesadilla today at Dalts. Within a few hours, I was experiencing upset stomach, nausea, and diarrhea. I spoke to the two other gentleman I dined with. One of the two was also experiencing similar symptoms. He had the chicken tenders.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

在感觉非常晕倒，几乎因腹部痉挛、出汗和严重的 diarhrea 而昏倒之后，我感觉好多了。我吃了饼干、黄油和草莓蜜饯以及一杯咖啡。关于 1 小时后，我不得不冲出教堂才能回家，我感觉很恶心，。我可能是非法停车是为了快速进入我的公寓大楼去大厅洗手间。勉强把电梯补给我的公寓。不得不跪在电梯里，太虚弱而无法站起来。当我变强一点时，我要下楼重新停放我的车。

On July 17, I had a Ruben sandwich and onion rings for lunch at Dalt's. Within 40 min I had broken out in a cold sweat over my whole body, had diaherrea, was throwing up, and experiencing a drop in blood pressure. I has taken me 5 weeks to recover.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
