Chuck E cheese, 6 of us went. Everyone got pizza but I got the salad bar with mine. 45 minutes later the diarrhea started. 3 hours after more diarrhea and now vomiting for 12 hours straight  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

At 9:30pm, Ate a salad with lettuce, white rice, black beans, Barbacoa, corn, pico, and salsa verde w/ dressing.
At 2:15 AM woke w/ nausea, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. Continued every hour until 6:00am. Now at 9:30 AM only nausea and diarrhea remain.

猪肉炸玉米饼，侧面有生菜和薯条。12 小时后-头痛，恶心，胃痛和腹泻发作。20 小时后，呕吐量很大。只有一些咖啡和椒盐脆饼，健怡可乐，powerade 零和水。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛
