Got a cheeseburger and fries from here on Sunday, starting feeling sick a few hours after. Vomiting and diarrhea started soon after and have been going on for almost 24 hours. The burger was the only thing I had to eat that day so there is no doubt this is what caused it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我花了一天时间吃苹果和胡萝卜，这是你的基本、健康、无刺激性的食物。我在休息日订购了一块芝士蛋糕作为零食，10 点吃了，到了凌晨 5 点，我被严重的胃痛惊醒了。我用了两次洗手间，然后它平静下来了，但是现在我在工作中受到了第二波浪潮的打击，这次也是呕吐。我总的来说感觉还不错，只是我的身体正在努力处理我吃的东西的所有残余物。我以前从未遇到过这个问题，但是在检查了症状之后，我确信这是食物中毒。

今天去了大力水手，得到了去骨的翅膀我无法吃掉那个小伙子，因为它没有正确煮熟，而且我的胃开始冒泡一个小时后真的很糟糕我不得不跑去洗手间 4 小时后真的很痛苦和腹泻以为我做完了然后回来我真的很糟糕气体和更多的腹泻胃痛这是我再也不会在那里吃过的最糟糕的胃仍然抽筋真的很糟糕。

我在下午 3 点左右吃了培根鸡蛋和奶酪，注意到鸡蛋没煮过，蛋黄很流鼻涕，我以前从未经历过。没想太多，因为我是用这种方式自己做鸡蛋的。凌晨 3 点醒来，我经历了从乳房下方到胃底最严重的抽筋，感觉就像被电死了一样。当我坐在马桶上时会同时腹泻和呕吐几个小时。

订购了素食披萨（墨西哥胡椒、洋葱、橄榄、青椒和蘑菇），然后在晚上 8 点左右吃了三片。我和我的男朋友半夜醒来时凌晨 1 点和凌晨 2 点 40 分出现腹泻。这与我的 IBS 症状非常相似，所以直到我的男朋友告诉我他有同样的问题之前，我什么也没想到。现在是早上 8 点了，包括抽筋在内我们还有麻烦。我们俩唯一吃的是多米诺骨牌。
