昨晚我去宜家买了几件东西，然后决定在那里吃晚餐。我订购了带荷兰酱的烤三文鱼，2 个虾天妇罗，2 个鱼片，一小部分鸡汤放在一个带一片杏仁蛋糕的碗里。用 Lipton 桃冰茶完成了一切。我还在家的时候没关系，但是当我到房子时，我感觉到无法解释的虚弱，腰部疼痛，关节疼痛，胃痉挛，腹泻，我呕吐了 3 倍。我晚上几乎没睡觉。这不是我第一次在那里吃食物，但以前从未发生过。我一直为自己有强壮的胃、在某些地方旅行、在越南、印度和曼谷吃过街头食品而自豪，而且从来没有任何食物和水的问题。我再也不会在宜家吃东西了。

Had steak filet, baked potato, green beans last night. Starting within a couple hours nausea, stomach ache, cramping, frequent stools. Next afternoon fatigue, nausea, cramping/stools continues. My husband also feels ill, not as severe as myself.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 疲劳, 胃痛
