16 年 2 月 27 日下午 5 点 30 分左右，我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、牛排、温和的莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。我在 2 月 28 日凌晨 2 点左右醒来时胃痛和恶心。腹泻在几个小时后开始，过了一会儿干胀。再也没有 Chipotle 了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

I had my usual: salad w/ half chicken half steak, brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, little guac, and little cheese w/ their dressing. I used a free coupon they sent me as well. I had it around 12pm, then had body aches and a fever later that night around 8, haven't thrown up, bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

我吃完墨西哥卷饼之后，加上白米黑豆鸡肉和牛排，烤辣椒和辣酱。我开始胃痛了。然后胃痛变成了头痛。然后大约 5 到 6 个小时后，我把所有吃的东西都扔掉了，现在过去三天已经没有停止腹痛了。
