午夜时分，我感到非常恶心，肚子疼，觉得我必须既要呕吐又要排便。我一直在呕吐并排便直到今天早上 2 点左右。我的手感觉很冷，我只是感觉不舒服。扔了和我的墨西哥辣椒碗差不多相同的数量之后...我感觉好多了一点，强迫自己在腹部用热敷睡觉。那真是太可怕了。
