The only thing I had to eat today was chipolte at 2:30 pm: veggie burrito with white rice, black beans, fajita mix, one scoop medium, one acoop hot, sour cream, cheese and guac. 我于 19 年 4 月 24 日晚上 9 点左右在当地一家餐馆-德州 Roadhouse 吃饭。我的同伴有牛排沙朗、豆子、土豆。我有鸡肉加奶酪和黑豆（西南）。他没有症状。回家不到一个小时，我就出现了肌肉酸痛，胃部疼痛严重，气体，打嗝。不到 2 小时，我就在呕吐，有腹泻，头痛。我发烧了，发冷了-无法控制地发抖。这持续了整个晚上的大部分时间。我现在正在喝水（脱水）并试图恢复（非常虚弱，仍然有些胃痛）。我不确定这家餐厅发生了什么。，

这是一家较新的餐厅-几个月前才开业。几周前我在这里吃过，我很好。这次我没那么幸运。我有一个饭碗里有以下内容：白米饭，黑豆，鸡肉，温和的莎莎酱，酸奶油，切碎的奶酪以及鳄梨调味酱和薯条的一面。我在 19 年 4 月 23 日下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了它。到 12:30 我已经生病了-恶心、腹泻不良、严重腹胀、气体、发冷、出汗、胃痉挛、头痛。喉咙后面有温暖的唾液感觉就像我要呕吐一样。昨晚拿了 Pepgo，根本没睡觉，今天早上仍然有症状并服用了 Immodium-那是大约 3 个小时前的，但我仍然有症状。
