I had a salad with black beans, pico de gallo, hot sauce, and guac only. About 1 hour after I had finished my salad I have vomited 3 times so far. I am still nauseated and have an extremely sore throat from all the vomiting  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我已经多次从这个地方吃过东西，没问题，但是这次我从星期六开始生病了，现在是星期三。我订购了平常的鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、温和的酱汁、SC、奶酪、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。周五晚上，我是家里唯一一个在晚餐时吃它的人。我觉得自己好像得了感冒或流感。发冷、身体疼痛、恶心、腹痛和真的很累。直到三天后我才意识到它实际上是食物中毒。

I had a chicken burrito with black beans, white rice, pico, corn, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese. My symptoms started almost 24 hours after I ate there which was around 10:00 at night. It lasted for about a day and a half until I wasn’t feeling nauseous any more.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

这是我第二次从 Chipotle 生病。直到第二次发生之前，我才意识到是因为食物让我如此恶心。我总是从 Chipotle 那里得到同样的东西：沙拉配鸡肉、黑豆、辣酱、奶酪和 guac。我还发现一定是生菜让我生病，因为我的未婚夫得到了鸡肉卷饼，唯一不同的成分是生菜。星期五我吃了沙拉吃午饭，然后立刻出现胃部不适和腹泻。我想那只是因为我有那么多辣酱。但是第二天我很难集中注意力，因为我觉得自己整天都在发烧。那天晚上我很恶心但是通电了。星期天早上是地狱之门打开的时候。我在呕吐，发烧，腹泻，头痛可怕。这持续了一整天我什至不能把水压下来。还是不确定胃痛会持续多久，但我再也不会吃 Chipotle 沙拉了。

昨天我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗。一半的米饭，黑豆，fajita 辣椒和洋葱，豆腐，queso，玉米，guac，莎莎酱，奶酪和生菜。我今天早上 43 点 30 分醒来时头疼得很厉害，肚子发牢骚。我已经使用洗手间超过 10 次了（水样腹泻）现在已经是下午 5:30 了。头痛和抱怨并没有停止，而且情况正在变得越来越糟。
