午休时间，我从马里兰州银泉樱桃山路的 Chipotle 订购了一个牛排卷饼碗。我点了糙米、黑豆、牛排、玉米、番茄、奶酪、酸奶油、生菜和 guac。吃完之后我感到非常臃肿和饱满。整天我感到越来越恶心。到晚上 7 点我开始呕吐并且有腹泻。这一切持续了一整夜，直到第二天早上。
