我昨天 7 月 20 日星期一晚上 11 点左右购买的脚长的烤鸡肉三明治我去地铁去抢平常的东西...我记得我问过自己那位为我服务的女士有没有换过手套她戴着手套从商店后面走过来的手套... 至少那是我记得的... 然后她马上拿起面包开始为我服务...我在意大利香草和奶酪面包上花了很长时间的烤鸡脚，然后用瑞士奶酪、青椒和洋葱烤了它。我还让她加了西红柿、黄瓜、生菜和黑橄榄...我要的是甜洋葱酱和西南酱...我要的是巧克力曲奇和一杯生啤酒的喷泉饮料... 她送给我的饼干暴露在空中，它们烤过的托盘上似乎有东西... 托盘正好在收银员后面...吃完饭后...我回家睡了..我觉得偏头痛正在沉淀在我的体内我感觉到头部前部有压力，疼痛达到了 10/10。我去洗澡洗了身体，然后用薄荷油揉了揉头... 肚子里有肿胀...当我终于决定喝水时，我从凌晨 4 点到 7 点半遭受了痛苦，然后我在呕吐物中爆炸了。我感觉有些放松，但头痛仍然很激烈。我睡了 8 点左右，我在 3 点醒来，过去 40 分钟腹泻一直在继续。我不知道我的食物混了什么... 这是我第一次食物中毒... 如果你有什么建议要给我... 如果我必须去医院请告诉我
