昨晚吃晚饭我吃了 chowmein，牛肉 n 西兰花和蜂蜜核桃虾。躺在床上大约 40 分钟后，我开始感到恶心，由于鼻腔和头痛而整夜无法入睡。今天早上和 Diarreah 一起醒来然后呕吐  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

I had the chicken fettuccine with broccoli and it was a buy one, take one. I ate the same night I left the restraunt and around 4am I was vomitting with severe nausea and diarrhea. I still cant stop throwing up. Im suffering through severe cramps and excessive vomitting as well as horrible diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
