I went yesterday had a steak brown rice corn sour cream cheese and lettuce burrito halfway through I just didn’t feel good at all, I spit out what I was chewing and threw it away, I feel even worse now., 3 don’t even want to eat and just feel so nauseous and want to vomit  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

Last Monday night I ate at 800 pm I had a chicken bowl with brown rice with sour cream and cheese on it. Came to 1200 am I was throwing up and dirrahea all the way up til Friday morning. My stomach was cramping bad I was nauseous also. I know for a fact it was the chicken.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋

5 月 26 日星期日下午 1 点左右，我得到了一个肉饼卷饼，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、生菜、奶酪、酸奶油和墨西哥胡椒。那天晚上 7 点左右，我开始感到胃壁周围极度疼痛。到了午夜，我因身体疼痛、冷热潮和腹泻而猛烈地呕吐。现在是第二天下午 5 点 45 分。呕吐已经停止了，但是除了水之外我什么都不能压低。我仍然有极度的身体疼痛、潮热和胃痛。再加上所有这些，我的身体感觉非常沉重，看不见尽头。
