下午 2 点半左右，我在那里吃了一个 Chipotle 碗，里面放着糙米，鸡肉，奶酪，酸奶油，切碎的番茄莎莎和黑豆。晚上我开始感到恶心（臃肿），然后在午夜左右开始呕吐，从那以后一直在起床。多次呕吐，刚开始呕吐绿色胆汁。

I had vomiting, high fever, skin rash after eating dinner at Panda Express on Wednesday March 6., 2019. I am still sick. I had the green been chicken, mushroom chicken and brown rice. I had to go on an antibiotic Cipro. Beware!!!!!  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 皮疹

I had a salad with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, and cheese at 11:40 am on Monday, February 11th. At approximately 8:30 pm that night became violently ill - stomach cramps, diarrhea, extreme vomiting. Symptoms gradually abated around 6pm on Tuesday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
