我订购的是核桃虾和半个蔬菜，一半是糙米。我醒来时胃痛得很厉害。然后是腹泻。我不得不打电话去工作然后取消针灸预约。这次活动发生在3月15日，我买了蜂蜜核桃虾。醒来之前我没事。像我每天一样喝咖啡。开始感觉胃痛然后持续腹泻。

Had chicken burrito with brien rice,black beans, hot sauce, corn, and cheese. Ate half at the restaurant and felt a little rough but not enough to complain about it. 吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有鸡肉，糙米，黑豆，烤蔬菜（洋葱和甜椒），鸡肉，pico de gallo 和中号莎莎酱，酸奶油，玉米莎莎酱，磨碎的奶酪，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。3 月 8 日星期五早上我醒来时感到恶心，头痛和胃部不适。我早上第一时间经历了腹泻，然后呕吐了 3 次。头痛和腹痛一起持续到 3 月 9 日星期六，我仍然头疼，现在是 3 月 11 日。我注意到西红柿看起来有点乳白色/糊状，我让服务器从碗里取出一些西红柿。我可能错了，但我的身体告诉我那是西红柿。我喜欢 Chipotle，可能会再次访问，但不会在这个地方。

I ate at a bowl with brown rice black beans steak quac lettuce and tortilla chips from Qdoba at around 5:00 PM 3/8/19 and threw up at 11:30 till 3:30 about 15x and threw up 2x in the morning following having diarrhea 3x..... extremely furious!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
