吃了一个装有黑豆、糙米、鸡肉和其他装饰品的碗，回家后，腹部左下角感觉非常肿胀。运动后情况反复恶化。我找不到可以睡觉的位置，醒来 @2am 然后胃痛严重，呕吐了 4 次，碗出来了，呕吐物很黑。剩下的时间都无法入睡。必须去紧急护理

Barbacoa, pinto beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese. Approximately ate at 11:30 Am; symptoms started with cramping around 1300, nauseated by 2:30 bad enough to leave work and eventually turned to vomiting around 5 PM lasting until 7PM; mild cramping persists  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Last Tuesday (04/23/2019) I had a chicken burrito with brown rice. Within 30min my stomach started gurgling. One hour later I was having diarrhea which lasted through the whole night. It was accompanied with a severe fever. It lasted 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

My son and I ordered bowls. He ordered brown rice, beans, and chicken. I ordered white rice, carnitas, grilled veggies, and black beans. 我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有糙米、平托豆、Fajita 蔬菜、新鲜番茄莎莎酱、烤辣椒玉米莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。我星期六去了 Chipotle，在星期一准备上学之前，我开始有腹泻，但我以为我的身体会克服它。到我上学的时候，我开始发抖，感到头晕。我放学三天了。我的腹泻非常糟糕，我感觉非常恶心，但从未呕吐过。
