9 月 4 日晚上 8 点左右，我吃了一个墨西哥辣椒碗，里面有鸡肉，黑豆，糙米，中度和温和的莎莎酱，玉米，奶酪和生菜。第二天早上我的胃感到不安，我正在通过大量的汽油。我开始工作了，整天都有一波令人难以忍受的胃痛。其中一些痛苦太糟糕了，让我恶心。在经历了 4 或 5 波的痛苦之后，我不得不每隔 10 分钟跑去洗手间去洗手间，每次都是我有史以来最严重的腹泻。我已经经历了大约 4 个小时了，但还没有放松。有趣的是，我的女朋友从我的同一个地方吃了墨西哥辣椒，但是她没有鸡肉，很好。螺丝墨西哥辣椒

I had 2 sofritas tacos 8/27/18 around 5:00 pm. Added brown rice, pinto beans, pico de Gallo, and lettuce. I got sick feeling around 11:30 pm and later vomited and had diarrhea in the early morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

8 月 17 日晚上 8 点左右，我吃了一个牛排卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、辣椒、生菜、镐、酸奶油、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。6 小时后，我醒来时胃部严重痉挛，进展为腹泻、恶心和发烧。从那以后我一直无法进食，第二天也出现了许多脱水症状。

2018 年 8 月 13 日星期一上午 11 点 15 分左右，我去工作旁边的墨西哥辣椒吃午饭。我点了一个牛排碗，里面有糙米、平托豆、双层牛排、pico de gallo 和绿色莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪、生菜和鳄梨调味酱。当他们在做我的食物时，我看到生菜看起来很 li 行，不像平时那样新鲜，但是我没说什么以为那只是商店里的灯光.匆忙地，当我们忙于工作时，我吃得很快就能回去工作。我确实注意到我的食物味道比平常有趣。几个小时后，我感觉到肚子转身跑到洗手间，我刚吃的所有东西都像腹泻一样出来。我看见香菜叶、米粒和鲜绿色的绳子也像生菜一样。今天是 2018 年 8 月 18 日星期六，我还有腹泻，尝试吃饭后也呕吐了多次。自 8 月 15 日星期三以来，每次去洗手间后，我都会经历痛苦的胃痉挛。我肯定知道从星期一开始我的墨西哥辣椒碗里生病了，直到午餐为止，我什么都没吃，我太忙了，吃完墨西哥辣椒后我什么都没吃。
