碗-用糙米，黑豆，肉酱，酸奶油，奶酪和生菜。他们正在制作新的肉食来带出来，但由于有排队，厨师似乎很着急。我看见他在肉里放了一个温度计，但不超过 2 秒钟。看起来还不够长，无法获得准确的读数。进食后不到一小时，我就出现了严重的抽筋，但没有其他系统。抽筋持续了 36 个小时，直到我去紧急护理。在医生办公室呕吐后不久我开了抗恶心药。胃痛难以忍受，我无法入睡。8 小时后我得了 diahhrea，但是胃痛仍在持续。

I ate yesterday afternoon (03/19/18) and started feeling sick about 6 hours later with nausea then diarrhea. It's the next morning and I'm still running to the bathroom and feeling horrible. 2018 年 3 月 15 日星期四，我从 110 街的 Chipotle 和曼哈顿的百老汇收到了两个墨西哥卷饼。两种墨西哥卷饼都含有糙米，黑豆，辣椒和洋葱，豆腐为基础的沙发，西红柿（温和的）和生菜。我在下午 1 点 30 分左右吃了它们。下午 3 点左右我小睡了一会。当我在下午 5 点 30 分醒来时，我感到很糟糕，经历了胃痛、恶心和头痛。我的病情保持不变，第二天我呕吐了 7 次，尽管每次呕吐的次数很少，因为我的胃里什么都没有。自星期五下午以来我没有呕吐过，但是现在已经过了周日晚上 7 点，我的症状没有改善。胃痛和恶心以及背部和腿部肌肉痉挛使我感到温暖。
