下午 3 点我回家吃了 chipotle 的鸡肉卷饼。甚至不到一个小时后，我的胃立刻开始感到不安。我也很头疼，感觉很恶心。我试了两个小时，看看它是否会消失。最后我不能再忍受了然后扔了。我现在感觉好多了，但还是有点不安和恶心。不确定症状是否会持续（希望不会）

Pork burrito bowl for myself and my wife on Feb 22, 2018 at around 2pm. Black beans, carnitas, tomatillo and mild salsa, corn and lettuce. Both of us developed nausea and diarrhea starting about 18 hrs after having meal at the store.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
