我今天早上大约7点55分去吃我的经济米粉。点了2盘米粉，加了鱼饼、卷心菜、长豆和辣椒江鱼仔。2小时后，我开始呕吐。然后腹泻来了。在我打字的时候，我已经呕吐了10多次。我腹泻了5次以上。无论我试图喝什么水和吃什么食物，很快就被吐出来了。更糟糕的是，今天是我的生日，我不得不取消我的约会，因为我太不舒服了，无法外出！
