我在 7 月 13 日 19 日晚上 7 点左右使用 Grub Hub 订购了一个卷饼碗，包括肉碱、生菜、奶酪、法吉塔蔬菜和番茄莎莎。当我吃了它的时候，我的胃开始燃烧。然后几个小时后，我的消化系统内有烧灼感和胃痛。我试图忽略它并准备好睡觉了。当我 9 月，我醒来时，我的下腹部和腰部的痛苦令人痛苦。我第一次以为是拿着尿尿但是当我起床时，我不能走路。感觉虚弱。我设法去厕所来缓解自己。但是当我清空膀胱时，疼痛还在那里。然后我有一个突然的冲动来跳。当我坐在那里时，随着粪便移动，疼痛开始燃烧。而且当我弹出来的时候，这是水汪汪又痛苦的。那时是凌晨 3 点。我一直坐在那里直到早上 7 点，因为它真的很燃烧和痛苦。不停止腹泻和疼痛。我不得不喝很多水因为我能感觉到脱水过来了。现在是星期一，我经常收到它。我的肠子还在燃烧，我必须去急救室找出我有什么问题。我希望它会消失，因为我开始了一份新工作，不想在该死的卷饼碗里丢掉它。

2019 年 6 月 23 日星期日在那里吃过饭。有碗里有糙米、肉饼、温和的莎莎酱、玉米和酸奶油。周日晚上发烧和发冷。没胃口。星期二有腹泻，我丈夫和我在那里有食物，类似的食物，他没事。他没有酸奶油。症状在饭后5小时开始。

Got a carnitas bowl the evening of 6/14 and started feeling sick when I went to bed at night. Woke up at 2am feeling even more sick, in addition to hot flashes. Then early in the morning explosive diarrhea that lasted half the day. Nausea hasn't stopped.… 更多

I ate and an Ahi tuna taco and a Carnitas taco on June 13 in terminal B around 4:30 PM. I became violently ill approximately 2:30 AM and lasted for hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
