从这家餐厅吃了肉尼塔卷饼，几乎添加了所有东西，包括新的 queso。几个小时后，我经历了一生中最糟糕的食物中毒经历。无法按住水。严重的腹痛、严重呕吐、严重腹泻。最终去了急症脱水、剧烈疼痛、呕吐和腹泻。我不希望这种经历对我最坏的敌人。

我还没能预约，但我明天会回电话。昨天我吃了一个肉食豆饭，里面装满了所有的莎莎酱和辣椒作为晚餐... 6 小时后呕吐开始了。从半夜开始我每隔一小时到两个小时就会呕吐一次。食物中毒是唯一合理的解释。我没有通常会与流感或感冒有关的症状。只是严重的脱水，恶心和弹丸呕吐物。我觉得自己受到了折磨。我还没睡过这太糟糕了。

8 月 7 日星期一，我和另外两位女士共进午餐。我们在 12:15 订购了取件，我在 12:45 左右吃了。我有一个牛排/肉饼碗、黑豆、热莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪、生菜和薯条。直到那天晚上 6:45-7 点左右我感觉还不错。我开始抽筋，以为只是胃部有点不适，然后我开始腹泻、呕吐、出汗和发冷，然后发烧。我生病了两天。我无法保留任何东西。我一喝了水，它马上就回来了。我不得不错过工作，这与我非常不同。

Threw up 3 times after eating 3 tacos ordered from Chipotle. Tacos were made of corn tortillas, white rice, carnitas, hot salsa, corn, and cheese. Ate nothing before or after that could have caused it.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

那天下午 1 点 30 分左右买了一个 carnitas 墨西哥卷饼碗作为午餐，在此之前自周三晚上以来我什么都没吃过。当我开始胃部剧烈疼痛时，我甚至还没有吃完墨西哥卷饼碗的一半，在疼痛发生后的几分钟内，我不得不赶紧去上班洗手间，因为我开始腹泻。我在洗手间呆了大约 20 分钟，整天我仍然有腹痛和腹泻。从那以后我一直无法吃任何东西，截至 8 月 5 日星期六，由于恶心和大便，我仍然不得不去洗手间。我也发烧了，上次我测量体温时，体温升到了 101.5。我之所以没有联系我的医生，是因为周五晚上和今天随着发烧和发冷，症状开始恶化。输入这份报告后，我会联系我的医生，可能需要去医院办理登机手续。
